I’ve filled out bio sheets on myself before for my blogging sites, dating apps, linked in. And really, does this capture anything real about a person? I’ve have a great life with many downs and ups.

I like to think I’m a down to earth kind of guy. I began a new chapter in my life after moving “Up Nort” in Minnesota. I have always wanted to live out in the country. I grew up in the country in Rosemount, MN. Sometimes I think ever since I left there I have been trying to get back to the country. The Navy stationed me in the country in Maine. Boy, did I love it in Maine. Sometimes I think I want to live there permanently.

Anyway, I have a 10-acre homestead out here in Finlayson, MN. I have grown to appreciate the solo living. I wasn’t sure at first when I landed here. I recognized I was a bit scared being here alone. Now, I appreciate every day out here and I don’t really like to leave for business travel. I’d rather stay put and give my contributions remotely.

I’m not truly alone. I have my friend Clyde. He’s a cat. I can’t tell you how much I love and appreciate him.

I went into the navy and served for 20 years. I’d do it again. Much was learned throughout my navy tenure that I rely on today. There is much to say about the navy and I think over time I’ll fill in the holes on this blog.

I also started up my nutrition practice. The website for that is here. I really love doing that type of work and truly helping people. I feel very guided by God when I do that work.
